GlideWear knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust and want you to feel confident in our services and security. We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider. We don’t sell, rent, or distribute email addresses for commercial purposes. We collect email addresses only when individuals opt-in to receiving email communication or if they volunteer their email online, through means such as surveys and/or site registrations.

Occasionally we seek feedback on products under development and may invite customers to test products free-of-charge. If you receive a message from one of our email addresses and do not want to receive further communication, please let us know.

When you place an order online with GlideWear, we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, contact phone number, credit card number and expiration date. This information allows us to process your order and provides us with a way to contact you, should we have a question concerning your order. After you place an online order with GlideWear, a copy of that order is sent to you via email for your records. If you do not receive an e-mail, your email address may have been entered incorrectly, the order was not completed, or the message was held up in your spam filter.


Your web browser uses cookies to allow our systems to recognize your browser so that we can provide features such as saving your shopping cart.


GlideWear has appropriate security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. We use SSL certificates to protect your information.

Unless provided via phone, email or fax, GlideWear does not have access to your credit card number. If such information is provided for a purchase or refund to an authorized Tamarack (GlideWear’s parent company) employee, the company ensures the information will be used as directed. The information will then be shredded to maintain the safety of all our customers’ private information. We do not keep customer credit card information on file electronically or in print.

Shipping Policy

We offer standard US Postal Service (USPS) First Class and expedited USPS and UPS shipping options worldwide. Expedited options are based on USPS Priority Mail standard rates and UPS published rates for shipping to your zip code.

Because we are unable to track US Postal Service packages outside of the USA, we will not be responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or duties & taxes due upon arrival into foreign countries. 

Our free shipping offer, when available, applies exclusively to orders shipped within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).

All orders arriving before 2:00pm (Central Standard Time), Monday through Friday, are fulfilled and shipped the same day; excluding holidays. Weekend orders will ship the following business day.


We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
