Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We do have distributors around the world, though. Please search on our Distributors page to find one near you.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product or return it for a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we will deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you.

Once an exchange is authorized, please ship the product back to us. Once we receive the product, we will send out the replacement item.

Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return/exchange within 14 days from the day the return/exchange authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
